Magda was on time and thorough. You can practically eat off the floor in my children's room! She not only took care of any special request but was conscientious enough to catch nook, crannies, and other spots throughout the house for a really thorough cleaning. I'm so glad that I did not have to compromise thorough cleaning for an extremely reasonable rate--like so many friends I know.

Magda does a wonderful job cleaning our home. She is flexible with her days and hours of availability. She is wonderful with my small children. When she is finished my home is thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. I am very happy to have this cleaning service!

Magda is awesome! She has cleaned our house now for over a year and is very dependable, courteous, and thorough. She comes according to our schedule and is flexible when our hours change. She understands young children and always does something extra nice for them in their rooms. Her rates are reasonable as well. If we need something special done, all we have to do is ask or leave a note. We are so happy we found her!

Top General Construction did an excellent job remodeling our third floor bathroom. They performed the work in a timely way at reasonable rates, did quality work in all aspects of the job, were very cooperative and pleasant throughout the process, and cleaned up carefully every day. I would certainly recommend them to others considering remodeling work.

We ended up getting rid of them before the renovation was completed. They didn't want to get permits. The person listed as the owner was NEVER seen or heard from. The electrical had to be ripped out and started over by a licensed electrician at our cost of $2000. The roof leaked and we paid a roofer an additional $800. Everything was an argument with the "person in charge" of this project. Of course they said that since they were fired, they were not responsible for anything. The inspectors out right said this guy had no idea what he was doing. Their work looks great in photos & the references check out, but I cannot believe this disaster!

We didnt finish job!We didnt finish roofing and plumbing.She didnt pay for basic job and additional. She wanted have permits, but after getting a price and she didnt want pay extra for getting permits. We paid 1/2 fee for permits after inspectors visit.They didnt want give money even for materials.She didnt want work with codes, because materials price was too high.No money no work!

Excellent in every part of the job. Arrived on time, finished on time and each step of remodeling our bathroom was done efficiently with care and perfection. At the end of the day they cleaned up - removed all trash, swept and lifted drop cloths. They were pleasant and accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Absolutely a Top Rate company excelling in everything. We plan to use them again and have no hesitation in giving a 5 star rating.
