Quick! They called me before I was even off the Service Magic website after submitting my request. They were able to make themselves available to fit my schedule. Their price beat a leading competitor by $50. That's after the competitor already took $50 off of the original price, and Top Dawg was never told the price the competitor gave me. The work was A+ too!

Rusty & his partner installed two new low flow toilets. One thing impressed me was the fast response. I had my request into service magic and 30 seconds later Rusty called, gave me a fair price over the phone and we set the appt for the day I had time off. They were on time, on budget and cleaned everything up. Great team!

It was a simple repair on a toilet. The provider gave us the best price and arrived promptly. The work was so shoddy that everything fell apart within days. I am not handy, but I could put it to rights with $3 worth of Home Depot purchases.
