Joe did a great job on our mobile home inspection. He was very helpful, gave us suggestions and went above and beyond what an inspector needed to do. Joe is very easy to work with and I would use him again. I have already recommended his services!!!

The great thing about Joe (home inspection in my case) is that he did exactly what I wanted him to do in regard to the home inspection: be honest, thorough, and do the job well. To me, these qualities are all I need. Joe provided them and gave me a peace of mind on the property that I will soon buy.

Joe was extremely knowledgable, professional, and personable. The entire inspection lasted a little over 3 hours in which he went top to bottom, and front to back. His inspection was thorough, he fielded a variety of questions and was patient and complete in doing so. I would not hesitate to contract with Joe on a future job.

Joe was very thorough, contacted from the site by phone (since I am out of state) and went through every aspect of the inspection, reviewed deficiencies, gave repair advise and answered questions after the initial review to my total satisfaction.
