Provided excellent service. Replaced furnace fan and motor. When new fan proved to be out of balance, he explained the problem and ordered a new one. Installation was prompt and professional.

Tony was on time and very professional. He took the time to tell me what he was doing and what was wrong. He was also very honest, because the problem I had was very minor and he told me I didn't have to buy a new part and that the old one just needed service. In the past other companies have tried to "upsell" me on everything, Tony made some suggestions, but wasn't pushy. I would definitely recommend him to others.

They were able to come out and give me an assement of what was wrong very fast. I ended up needing a new a/c and was going out of town for the weekend, they were able to come on sunday and start and complete the job that day I came home that night and you could not even tell that they had been in the house to do the job, very clean install and amazing job would definitely call them again for future use.

Tony came right out on a Saturday morning to fix my A/C. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He gave me a quote for my problem, then fixed a clogged drain in my attic after the fact without charging extra. I am very pleased with Tony's service.

Tony was the first to respond to my inquiry and I rated his service maintenance plan also a first compared to the others that responded. I've had one AC problem since signing the maintenance plan, and Tony was here checking it out within 2 hours of my call. That's the kind of service everyone is looking for!

My son and granddaughter in Portsmouth had been without air for a day and a half awaiting word from the homebuilder on this 18-month old home's air-conditioner...on Friday, mid-day I contacted Service magic who found Tony's willing to come out after 6: 00 p.m.. They got the air running and came back on Sunday to check for leaks and reason for initial problem! Thanks Tony's and Service Magic--Mike in Georgia!

I have a renter and Tony worked with me to meet over the house in a very timely manner. He quickly accessed the work and explained to me in layman’s term what needed to be done. Tony was very courteous and professional and I would definitely have him work on other projects and refer him to any of my friends.
