Tom was on time and did the job as promised. The carpets look like brand new. His price was reasonable and I think a good value for the money

Tom was able to remove several traffic patterns in the carpets to our satisfaction and better than I expected. There was several pet spots that I did not notice that he took extra time on. I would Use Tom's service again.

Arrived early! got started ~ asked if was satisfied & stated he could return after it dried if needed more spot work but it was excellent & heavy traffic area was perfect
