Local contractor. Familiar with the codes and village permit people. Job was done quickly and correctly. Only delay was from the village crews.

The project was completed to our satisfaction. It did require a return visit for one of the two bathrooms which caused some inconvenience to wait for the resolution over two days. I would not hesitate to use them in the future as the resolution was successful.

Tom was prompt, his crew able to complete complicated rough-in job quickly to meet my schedule and they were easy to work with unlike many plumbers I've used in the past.

Tom called back right away and he was flexible in scheduling appt and he showed up when as committed. Right away I liked Tom. He was honest, on time, professional and his costs were very reasonable compared to others! Tom's guys did a GREAT job!!! I'd HIGHLY recommend his company!!! I've put him in my Blackberry as a permanent entry. Any plumbing needs... I'll be calling him directly! He just earned a loyal, long term customer.
