Todd was very proactive with communication throughout the project on an 80 year old bungalow style house; from first phone call to last nail.  Todd is creative in seeking inovative solutions to unusual remodeling and repair issues where "off the shelf" items won't work.  He draws on a wealth of experience blending "old school" techniques and modern methods to give you a project that looks like it came with the house.  Todd is open and honest about his prices which are very fair and there are no hidden costs or surprises at the end of the job.  Would I hire him again?  You bet! <br />
