Was happy with the work done, but not completely happy with whole experience. Was quoted a price of $30 per hour labor. Tech came at 10:30 and left at 11:18. Was charged $50 for labor. I had a lot to do so didn't pay attention to bill well enough. Was also not happy with him leaving the boxes with old parts sitting on my washer. Floor was left farely wet. So much so that we weren't sure if the washer was leaking. After drying the floor and running the washer again, it was from when work done. very pleased that there call came almost immediately, and answered ? thoroghly. Flexible w/schedule change needed. recomend work w/caution w/charges

Initial response time very quick. A part had to be ordered and when it came in, Toby contacted me immediately to schedule the repair. Very good communication, very courteous and very prompt. Couldn't ask for more and highly recommend.

Toby arrived at the time he said he would. I was running 25 minutes late and he was kind enough to wait for me when I called to let him know. He fixed my dishwasher in less than 30 minutes. Now it works great. Toby was friendly and professional, and I would call hime again if any of my appliances needed repaired.

Even though Toby had recently experienced a physical injury, he made time in his schedule to repair my stove within 24 hours of my call. Very friendly, courteous service - my elderly mom was home to take care of the service call and she absolutely loved him! He saved me over $100 over the national chain who ditched me last minute the week before - glad to be able to give my hard earned dollars to a local guy.
