This was the first company who reached out, so they were definately proactive. There was a short in my bathroom light fixture that the electrician was able to get working again. However, later that day, it stopped working again. They were great about agreeing to come back without charging me, however, the person I spoke seemed to be defensive about the work that was previously done asking if we had turned the light switch on which was insulting. They did however, install a new light fixture at a reasonable rate. The light has stopped working again and I have hired someone else.

Titan Electric were professional, courteous, and on time. The cost of their service appeared reasonable to me (another electrician gave me an estimate at least 2.5 times higher for the same job). The only area where they could improve on was cleanliness. Other than that, I am very happy with the results, especially that they did not mind to come again, and to install the light fixture that I did not have at the time of the initial service. Thank you, Titan!

Geoff showed up on time and provided a time and cost estimate. He was punctual when returning to complete the work. The cost was within the estimate provided and I'm happy with the quality of his work. Would definitely use again and refer to others.

We had an outlet relocated for a drawer microwave. Brian came out and did a phenomenal job. It was clear that he did the job right, and was very nice and professional. We will use them again.
