We have found ourselves a new plumber! Charles was great! He was on time, professional and very personable. He explained everything clearly, gave us options and even provided money saving tips. We were comfortable with his work and with his suggestions. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

Mr. Glaze did a great job. Although it was a weekend job, he responded quickly and was able resolve my issue in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he had done what I could do going forward if I needed to make any adjustments to my water heater temps.

Plumber was very professional and skilled. He spent time explaining the issues to me and there were no surprises on the price for his fee - it was as quoted. He went over and above on making me a satisfied customer. I would definitely call them again and recommend him to my neighbors.
