Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
The owner of the company came out himself to give me an estimate. To me that was a sign of "good ole customer service". His workers did a great job on the roof and gutters. They also cleaned up and hauled off the old roofing and gutters.

Very professional, and easy to deal with. Offered a ten year warranty on the roof work they did for us. I would recommend, and having spoken with other roofing companies in Winston-Salem they distinguish themselves with their professionalism.

Roof Repair Technician quickly understood the issue over the phone. Technician arrived as promised, explained what would be completed, quickly repaired and provided a level of confidence that the issue is resolved. Backed work with their 5 year warranty would not

Very professional, proficient and on time. Completed job in a timely manner. Work crew cleaned up after completion. Owner came by to see if I was satisfied with the job. Very good experience with this company. Would definitely recommend them.

Tip Top did an excellent job on my roof replacement. I would highly recommend their work. Very professional and detail oriented. No loud music and they did an exceptional job cleaning up.
