We recently completed a full remodel of our 3 bedroom, 1500 sq ft single family residence. The main reasons why we chose to hire Tip Top after interviewing 6 contractors was 1) The contractor came prepared (studied the plans) and gave us a bid on the spot. Nobody else did this. 2) The contractor made some very good suggestions; ones which we would have never thought of on our own. The first speaks for itself. The latter was very important to us because we know what we like when we see it, but we just didnt have the experience or the eye to think of it on our own. Lior Perez, the contractor, was always available, came to the site almost every day and was clearly in charge. He took a lot of the stress out of the project. His workers were here every day, started early and finished late. They quietly went about their business but always checked if there was any question.
