Project: Clean Gutters and Downspouts
I hired Tim to clean my gutters in the Fall - he arrived on time with his own equipment and ladder - he did an excellent job and charged me for 2 hours - I would definitely hire him for future home projects - I'm a widow and have so many things I can't fix around the house - He's great

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Offered to fix roof leak on the spot. Wouldn't take any money until he knows for sure that it is no longer leaking. Rare in this day and age.
