I agreed to pay for an extra 3 or 4 yards of top soil. <br />Boy was I shocked when he came back after the job was complete to settel the bill and he revised the bill at 20% over on the labor. Answered my phone calls. Timberlake's PROJECT MANAGER, JOHN PAUL IS FANTASTIC, he went the extra mile for the customer & made sure that I was completely satisifed with every stage of our project. Because they did such a great job on my back yard & for a resonable price I had them come back a week later & do my entire front yard as well. <br />The entire project consisted of leveling out the property to get rid of all the bumps/rutts & to get proper drainage. Installed spinkler system. Installed stone & river rocks around pool. Installed new retaining walls & pavers. I recommend giving JOHN PAUL a BONUS for the great job !!!  See All Ratings
