Our experience with Patrick Edwards was excellent. He did exactly what he said he would do, starting with arriving when he said he would. He was professional in his manner, although he put his findings in such a way that they were easily understood; he was thorough; he was polite; and he merits the confidence one immediately feels in him . Alabama is lucky to have him.

Patrick was very easy to work with. He was always professional in our conversations and was prompt and did a thorough job in the inspection. He offered practical recommendations to make improvements. I would recommend him to someone looking for a thorough inspection.
