Removal of Two Norwegian Spruce was efficient and took only about an hour. Stump grinding occurred when scheduled, but certain root removal had to be pointed out to get done. Landscaping was not completed until several days after stump grinding which was okay, but not explained before hand.

They came to work on time and got it done very quickly, cleaned up after finished. I'm very satisfied with their work. Now all the trees are removed from my backyard. And got it done at very reasonable price. If I need more tree removal, definitely I'll call Timber Care.

Timber Care did an excellent job in removing my tree. They were very professional. I had quite a few questions before they began to cut the tree down. All of my questions were answered. They were very helpful and made recommendations for what I wanted done next. They arrived ontime, actually 15 minutes before time and estimated the time to cut down the tree was 1 hour. They were finished within 1 hour and clean up their mess. I highly recommend this company. What I love about them most they always called back when they said they would.

They did a nice job, but they need to work on keeping the customer informed of the details of their progress. Maybe a confirmation call the day before thr appointment?
