Project: Remodel a Bathroom
I asked Tim to order and deliver a special toilet we were looking for and he did it, no problems. I'd use him again.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
If I could give zero stars I would. I have had great experiences in the past with Service Magic professionals and have given them great reviews. However, my experience with Tim Jacobson was awful. He took advantage of me through a vague contract, mislead me about the time line for completion, and built an expensive and amateurish deck. ("It might sway, but it probably won't fall down"- Tim.) Tim said this was a 4-5 day project; 6 months later we still have an incomplete job, holes in our gutters, and mismatched siding. We are in mediation over additional costs that were never written into change orders to be agreed on and signed. DO NOT HIRE!
