I am overall very happy with the floor. Most of the things that bother me are a result of our not having the subfloor level enough. He worked hard, charged a very fair price, and the floor looks beautiful.

I DID hire Joe, and was pleasantly surprised at the price he quoted AND stuck with. It was much less than any other quote I had received, and we were very satisfied with his work. He had to make many cuts around brick and corners, but stuck with his basic price. We will definitely recommend him.
