Made a special trip especially to do our crawl space . Have no idea of the quality as we've never been /nor plan to be in our low crawl space. They will be coming back in a few weeks to see if the moisture barrier they installed is working. They just tacked up our existing installation which was falling down.

Overall insulation job was god, the materials and price was good.... In this case their truck insulation pump failed and it took two days to get it back and 3 phone calls to do followup to get a status

I have not had my insulation upgraded to todays standard but based on Tidewater Insulations presentattion and proposal, I am confident that they can do either fiberglass or spray foam at a great price. I just have to decide which type insulation to go with. The spray foam is awesome. No drafts, no bugs, no dust or mold.

The scheduler called to inform us they were unable to make the initial appointment and scheduled a follow on appointment which was kept. The service representative was polite and professional. He determined the house did not require additional insulation and was honest and forthright in his assessment. I would recommend this company based on my experience with them.

The service was great, the guys were good but they left quite a mess. There was mud all over my stairs and insulation everywhere from my yard to my living room.

They did a good job and were very polite. Their estimate was very high at first, but they came down and we were pleased with the work.
