Hello, my name is Louis Schwartz and I am the owner of Tiderunner Engineering & Design, P.C. I started my civil engineering business in 2004 to focus on the residential construction Industry. With over a decade of experience in the industry I have substantial knowledge in preparing plans for renovations and/or additions. I have also been reviewing plans in Suffolk and Nassau counties for code compliance written by others, structural analysis, and residential sanitary system design. I work very close with both contractors and homeowners and I enjoy supplying engineering support for contractors in the residential construction field.
