Tico's provided a prompt and reasonable estimate. Tico's arrived during the expected time, the crew was very courteous, did a good job trimming the trees, and cleaned up very well.

He is the best. After he cut my trees, he got other give service from my neighbors because of his good service

I would rate them 10 stars if I could. Tico and his team were pleasant, efficient, hard working and conscientious. They did the job quickly and cleaned up after the tree was removed. I would call them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to everyone I know!

alfredo and his crew are a pleasure to deal with

Tico does Phenomenal work. That I will not take away from his team. The weather did not cooperate with us at all, so the project took longer then normal. With that being said, the problem was trying to get in touch with them to get a status of the project. Alfredo never picked up the phone, we always had to leave a message. He complained, that we had him waiting for 1 month before he can start the project. But we couldn't get the money and wanted to pay him on schedule rather then doing IOU. We wanted him to start when we had the money and he was aware of that. In short, customer service sucked!

will it is tru sometime i dont pick up the phone but i allways check my message and i allways return any phone call thats why i have a good worker becouse i couldint run this bussiness with out then

Please stay away from this company. I hired then to install sod, a fence, interlocking pavers and do landscaping and it was a nightmare. First ... the customers service is horrible. The owner never calls you back unless he wants a payment and after I complained about the finished product ... I haven't heard from him. The project should have taken a 2 to 3 weeks max ... it took over a month because they have so many other projects that you are always last. They installed brown and dead sod on my lawn and have not replaced it. It took me entire day to clean my property after they left. They hid concrete in my basement windows. Never again!

I say to Mr Jose let give time if doesn't get green we will replace it he couldn't wait I respect every one who thing that about my company that's ok I do over 100 projects a year if one or two person put bad comments we have to deal with some people are just to hard to satisfied
