I have recommended Jeff to a co-worker of mine. There were some stains which I figured would not come up, but at least they were lighter. There were other stains that I did not think would come up, but they did! The carpet looks great and there was no hard crusty coating to it. I would use them again. Jeff was prompt and courteous and very professional.

Hired but never completed work. For the 1st appoinment he had the wrong type of truck(too tall to fit in parking structure) and had to reschdule for an already booked next day. The next day his employee never showed and he did not call till after 1.5 hours + after appointment time. If not over booked he is a great hire for the money.

Project: Clean Dryer Vent
Using this "Pro" was a terrible experience. Jeff came to my home as agreed to clean my vent, I was not present. It turned out, my dryer vent was wet, blocked with debris, and also made of material that would disintegrate. Jeff, as a "pro". should have been able to take one look at it and realize that he could not help me, instead he "cleaned" the vent anyway, completely destroying it in the process. When I complained that he acted unprofessionally and unethically he offered to refund my money but after countless emails back and forth and MANY promises that the "check was in the mail" I have yet to receive my refund, 3 mos later.

Project: Remove Unwanted Water
Jeff contacted me immediately after I submitted a request on servicemagic.com He was able to meet me at my house within 1hr after speaking to him on the phone. After assessing the situation he was able to identify the water entry point and give me some suggestions on how to prevent future water problems. He took pictures of the wet carpet and drywall areas. He came back later the same day to begin the necessary work. He was able to dry up all of the water and to thoroughly clean the carpet. The carpet shows no signs of ever being soaked. There's no smell and everything is perfectly dry. I'll definitely do business with Jeff again.
