installed Alside Prodigy vinyl siding instead of wood. Customer service very prompt to get contract and a bit slow after full pmt . Will need time to evaluate after care customer service .. Workers very courteous and professional. Took care of minor adjustments with project professionally after the main job was done. Need time to evaluate how the siding will hold up to rain storms before a real evaluation of quality and value for money.

We appreciate the feedback. The service after payment was for an additional item that was not figured in original agreement. We told homeowner that we would not charge her for additional work if she was flexible with our time. We strive to be efficient, especially with gas prices and operating costs continuing to rise.

We are so pleased with the siding and the work your team did on our house. We are just delighted with the results. We appreciate the "extras" too, such as the replacement of the vent to the second story attic, installation of the wall mailbox and the special trip to install our outdoor light. Vladimir and the whole crew were a delight…even our neighbors mention that they seemed so cheerful. Also, it was very considerate of you to have a portable potty on site for the crew to use. One of my garden club members stopped by and commented on how nice our house looked. It is the best looking house on the court!

Kurt is a very good person to work with. The siding product he sells and installed is outstanding and were pleased with this part of the job. There were more issues during the siding install process than I expected or thought there should be that damaged our kitchen area and bed room sink drain. Kurt replaced/repaired damaged items all without cost but left us without a kitchen for more than we liked. Calling this as collateral damage it was more than we personally thought there should of been or wanted causing us work. Thankfully 3 generations made the repairs on our damaged area's.

Sometimes in remodeling or construction unexpected problems arise. It is how the contractor responds to the problems that is the true measure of a businesses character. We replaced all of his tile at no charge - they paid no additional money out of pocket for our mistakes. We did our best to make it right for these homeowners and we can only hope that in the future they look to us in a positive light.

Kurt (the president) is one nice guy! He always makes sure he has your best interest at heart and will give you options to suit your budget. He will always go beyond to make sure you are happy. He always calls before showing up, confirms all appointments, and is always on time. He will call out of courtesy if things are beyond his control to make sure you are always notified and kept abreast of the status of your project. The workers are very efficient and will make sure things are done to your satisfaction. They also will clean up before they leave. They are A+++++ !!!!! My project so far is worthy of showing off to the neighbors!!!

They were very professional from beginning to end. They showed up on time for all appointments and were very communicative throughout the whole process. The work site was always cleaned up and the work performed was excellent. One thing that is important to note; one year after completion of the project there is a slight issue with some of the siding material, but these guys continue to be on top of the matter and continue to be responsive.

This was an amazing process. Everything went as smoothly as possible. Everyone from the company was kind, courteous, thoughtful, skilled, hard working, perfectionists. They showed up on time every time. They helped me with color choices and all of the little things you have to decide that you don't even think about at first. Also, everything that was done was done by contract, very professional and legitimate. I am planning on using them again in the future to install a couple of sliding glass doors and windows. I am also happy to recommend them to friends and neighbors with no reservation at all. I absolutely love my new siding. It's like coming home to a brand new house. I also have noticed a much more uniform temperature throughout the house which I did not have before, and that's a major plus for this project. So, once again, Thank you all for an excellent job! Jeremy handled the "office" work including the mock up of what the new siding and windows would look like. His Dad, Kurt, came out NUMEROUS times before we signed the contract to work with us. Kurt also handled the permit for us including the final closure which had scheduling challenges due to the county being backed up. During the work - the guys were polite, professional and handled our dogs (both large) well ensuring they did not get hurt. Kurt checked in during to ensure we were satisfied and answered questions. We were greatly pleased with the results and could not have worked with a better contractor. Thanks to 3G!!

Every aspect of Three Generations work was excellent. Kurt and Jeremy were great in helping us during the planning phase of our whole house re-model. They led us through all of our options and helped us choose fiber cement siding and windows. They even encouraged us to seek other bids so we could see how they out performed the competition. This high level of customer service continued when work began. Their crew was professional, punctual and always cleaned up and the end of the day. 6 months after the job was complete we had a slight leak at a patio door. Kurt responded to my call and arrived that evening to fix the problem! First class!
