Project: Remove Snow from Walks, Drives and Roofs
Thor was responsive to our unique set of needs. We were in-between snow removal contractors and needed a stop-gap agreement quickly. Thor stepped in, we had a fair agreement within 24 hrs, and they stood ready to service our account. Unfortunately, it did not snow during our engagement, so I can't truly attest to the quality of their product, but I can attest to the quality of their approach and communication. Our primary contact was John O'Brien.

Don't expect them to develop your garden plan for you but they are hard workers who don't stop until the work is done. Even if that means staying a little late to finish. Nice people.

Thor was supposed to come out on Tuesday to do all the work on my estimate, they failed to show up. I called James who explained that they got tied up on another project. He didn't even have it down to do everything on my estimate even though I had emailed him stating to do everything. He promised to be out Wednesday. They came out Wednesday to do 2/3 of the items on my estimate. Once again I called, he gave MORE excuses and promised to be out first thing in the morning. Yet again they didn't show up.I called to cancel rest of service.I told him and sent pictures of the poor work that they had done but haven't on the main part but no response

They did a very good job on the driveway and front walk. I wish they had plowed the bottom of the drive a bit better.

Thanks you for the feedback, it is very appreciated. Sorry about the bottom of the driveways. It is very hard for us to get those good. When the city plows the main streets, they push all the snow on to the bottom of the everyones driveways.
