Extremely pleased..John called and tried to solve my problem over the phone..when he was not able he came out within the week and resolved my problem..he was professional very personable and extremely reasonable. I will defiinately call him to handle any problems that will arise in the furure.

He is not finished with the job because he needed to order a part. But, he was on time and definitely knew what he was doing. The tub did not have an access door, so I thought I would need to get a tile tech here first. But, he removed the tile carefully and stated he will replace when the new part in connected. He also fixed another whirlpool that day - no part was needed for that one. Once again, he was excellent.
