City: Davie Project: Traditional Tile Roofing - Repair John Thompson gave me an estimate of $1,250 to repair a roof leak, and also offered a $100 discount for being a Service Magic customer = $1,150.   <br /> <br />I told John… Read Complete Rating John Thompson gave me an estimate of $1,250 to repair a roof leak, and also offered a $100 discount for being a Service Magic customer = $1,150.   <br /> <br />I told John Thompson that the mid-valley area had been repaired before and that other bidding roofing co’s suspected that the leak was at the top of the valley, but John Thompson insisted they had pinpointed the leak area to be in the mid-valley area. <br /> <br />After finishing the repair, they ran a water test, and the roof continued to leak.  They returned the next day, and repaired the top of the valley, then left a lumpy, uneven roof, and billed me $1,950, of which I paid $1,700.  See All Ratings
