<br />I told John Thompson that the mid-valley area had been repaired before and that other bidding roofing co’s suspected that the leak was at the top of the valley, but John Thompson insisted they had pinpointed the leak area to be in the mid-valley area.

<br />After finishing the repair, they ran a water test, and the roof continued to leak. They returned the next day, and repaired the top of the valley, then left a lumpy, uneven roof, and billed me $1,950, of which I paid $1,700.
