I was very happy with the services I received from Thompson In-Home Services.

Russell Thompson arrived on time and did an excellent job on all projects during the day. The only slightly negative thing was that Russell did not give me complete information regarding all the items that I was to purchase,that is, the specifics on each product so that when I went to Lowe's to make my purchase, I was questioned regarding specifics and I was not able to give an answer without calling Russell again. This happened a few times but all in all, everything went fine and we are having him return on 6/7 for other projects.

He is on time and still working on a few projects with me. Update, he is a sweet man who always showed up on time etc.. unfortunately his knowledge of the different projects were done horribly,I think he guessed on how to do them he was paid to instal my kitchen hood, he did not even finish the instal and it was done very un-proffessionaly, he tore down a wall and did a horrible job with the floor and he did a nightmare in patching up the wall, he made sure to charge but did not finish 3 different projects and i would never use a man who is not licenses ever again. He is a ammature, not a pro. just a nice guy who guess's on how to do a projec

I am a conscientious professional that strives for excellence in everything I do. I completed numerous projects for this client to her satisfaction. She was a no show for two different appointments. I attempted to return and complete the three things that needed attention but was not given the chance. In addition, she constantly asked me to do work for free. Not only did I give her excellent prices, but did pro bono work as well.

He came to the project where I hired him very nice guy, he was going to do the tile work to start. I asked him if he needed me to get ANYTHING...He said NO!!! I asked this for several reasons mainly because I was able to pick the items up myself. He came to the job ontime and started the job. He charged me $50 to pick up TWO things which I could've gotten (We never discussed this) He didn't finish OR use the products he purchased. He didn't show me a receipt or purchase the correct item. I have since hired someone else to finish the job and am VERY disappointed that a professional would go and charge for a service without checking first.

As a business owner-I believe in feedback: be it good or bad. I think of it as a valuable tool to judge my company's performance. In this particular situation I felt I had done what was necessary to ensure my client understood all cost, materials, timeframes. Her final invoice actually reflected an 80% discount off my hourly fees for the trip to get the 2 items she stated she had but did not. I feel that this was a simple communication breakdown that could easily have been rectified if I had been given the chance to return. I strive to have every client 100% satisfied. Honesty and integrity are the cornerstones I have built my business on
