Thompson Creek did a fabulous job and the value for the price was well worth it. I did, however, request to have the project completed by a certain date and they were unable to schedule it, so it was delayed and rescheduled for a week later. Not critical, but it would have been nice to have it completed at my requested date.

Cut to the chase best price for the product. Great product. Work was performed when scheduled in an orderly and efficient manner. Crew was courtious, professional and swift in their work. You could tell they knew what they were doing. Covered the floors in the work area and cleaned up after themselves. I now have beautiful windows that I can be proud of.

Quality of work/material was good. They offered to price match, which was great. Damaged our awning in taking it down, but reduced final price to account for it. Crew spoke little English which made communicating with them about problems difficult. They had to reschedule three times to come out and install shutters. Throughout it all, the customer service folks were pleasant to work with; I just think their internal communication is lacking a lot. I work from home, so the rescheduling didn't affect us much. If I didn't work from home I would have been much more upset because I would have had to take time off to be home when the crews arrived.

Project: New Windows - Multiple
Now that the windows and door are finally installed, we are very happy. However, we had to contact Chris Core from WTOP to get some answers as to WHEN the installion would be. We were originally told in early January but that would have cost us more since we would not get the energy tax credit. Lo and behold there was a cancellation ???? and we lucked out for the installation on December 30!! There seems to be a communication problem within the company but their product is excellent as was the crew who were here doing the work. We will see how the future goes if we will ever use them again.
