Tom's Plumbing is the greatest. A real gentleman and the work that was done at our home was / is first rate. He arrived when he said he would and went above and beyond as far as customer satisfaction is concerned. I would highly recommend Tom's Plumbing to anyone and everyone that needed the job done right and whomever wanted the peace of mind of knowing that a professional was working on their project. We needed someone to help us in our time of need and Tom's Plumbing didn't disappoint.5 stars all the way

Showed up after a couple of calls, had me sign service contract for $125; examined boiler briefly and left. Sent serviceman later who could not get boiler running so Tom came and after several hours still could not get boiler running. Left suggesting I seek other professionals for help apparently not interested or unable to do the job.

Cynthia, your boiler was running fine after we left, in fact it ran for over a month before you call us back because of no heat, as I explained again to you about how someone before me! tried making your steam boilerpush thru baseboard heat instead of radiators! I told you to get some estimates, I'm glad you did!

It's a shame plumbing costs so much, but they charged me what they said. They were friendly and knowledgeable and showed up exactly when they said they would. Fast and efficient.
