Project: Install Electrical Switches, Outlets, and Fixtures
Father & son were great. They were running a little late and informed me of this via telephone. When they arrived, they were courteous and efficient. They had me inspect the work after completion and I was very pleased with it.

Project: Install Electrical Switches, Outlets, and Fixtures
At first, I was pleased with this contractor. I asked him about his fees and he told me that usually the charge was about $65 an hour. I hired him to fix our low voltage 1950s service. He brought his son, who is an apprentice, with him. His son did much of the work. The work was not done correctly. We had to have much of it done over. Hot wires were left tapped together or left hanging open. A dryer receptacle was put in for a range. Switches were put in upside down. He kept forgetting material he had promised to bring. In the end, his charge was over $900 for the first visit and $585 for the second. I WILL NOT HIRE HIM AGAIN!!

Project: Repair an Electrical Baseboard or Wall Heater
Tom was very honest and knowledgeable. Instead of making us pay for a very expensive part we didn't really need (which would have been the easy route for him), he went the extra mile to find the smaller, less expensive part that was actually the problem. It was a pleasure working with him and I will definitely call him if we should ever need any other electrical repair work. Thanks so much!
