Tom called me literally less than 5 minutes after I submitted my request on ServiceMagic and we scheduled the job for a few days later. He knew I wanted to get the job done as soon as possible, so when he finished another job sooner than he expected the day before my appointment, he called and was at my house within 45 minutes. He and his helper were good guys who worked fast and seemed thorough. I'm holding onto his card for next time.
