Twenty five years ago when I first started in-home service repair, a mentor of mine told me to "Treat a customer's home with MORE respect than you would treat your own!" This is how I have conducted myself since, and over the years have learned it was sound advice. Now, a married man for 9 years, I additionally consider how my wife feels about having a stranger in our house anytime we have in-home service from our cable provider. I called for an appointment on a Monday morn; scheduled it for Tuesday morn. Mike showed up on time and let me know what he thought it was. He kept me updated on progress of repair. I had my dryer fixed in about an hour. Works fabulously! Friendly reception/appointment staff, introduction at door at service time, and fair prices. Would highly recommend!!! Thanks.

Try as we might, a well pump stuck in the bottom of a 50ft well presents an unsolvable problem. I am sorry we had to deliver such bad news about the well. Unfortunately a new well was the final diagnosis. Thanks for your help with this one Mike, if you and I, and a 2500 pound winch can’t pull that pump, nobody can! Good luck with the sale of your home. Mike Yates with ThermoDyne was very responsive, helpful, and qualified on my whole-home generator installation project. He makes the extra effort to "make it right" and is completely conscious of customer satisfaction. Prices were reasonable, and the project was completed within schedule, despite the fact that Mike had set-backs beyond his control. I am the maintenance manager for one of the largest water treatment plants in the state, and I will consider ThermoDyne in future projects for our facility.
