Did not even begin work for 3 months when i was told it would most likely be a week or two and that they needed that first pmt. of + 4,000$ after they had already got 2,000$ from me for signing the contract to start.... 3 months later. And just incase i read that the wrong way it still took an additional 3 and a half weeks to finish. almost four months on a job they said would take a couple of weeks! City: Sellersville Project: New Windows - Multiple A very awful experience.  I ordered basement windows 10/09/08 and did not have them installed until 1/17/09.  Total lack of communication and concern on company's behalf.… Read Complete Rating A very awful experience.  I ordered basement windows 10/09/08 and did not have them installed until 1/17/09.  Total lack of communication and concern on company's behalf.  Price was not good especially for what I had installed.  Could and should have been done much cheaper.  Windows are hard to open and the "finish" job inside is pretty bad.  They did do a pretty good job on the outside.  Overall bad experience and would not recommend this company.  Also cashed my deposit check and claimed they did not.  Was also told that they might cut me a break for my troubles which after the install the denied.  Bad!!!
