Doug Ross the owner of Thermal Products came to my house 2 times since my wife was not available to see the replacement window the first time. He presented his window is a straight forward manner and id not engage in any high pressure sell techniques that I had received form another vendor. He gave his best price up front so yo did not guess on what was coming next. He was well below on of the other well know replacement window manufacturers which makes you stop and think. Looking at the Excalibur window and asking a lot of questions my wife and I felt very comfortable with choosing the window . Installed in 1 day.

Was able to complete my job on a Saturday so I did not have to take extra time off from work. Windows seem great. My cat, who has NEVER sat in the room (probably because it was cold) immediately slept on a chair in the room two days in a row. I think she approves! Thanks!

Doug Ross was a pleasure to deal with. Showed up on time, understood that I was comparing other contractors/window products, gave me a very competitive quote, didn't waste my time with a long sales pitch. I decided the Alside Excalibur window was the best value for the price and placed an order for a smaller number of windows that we had originally discussed. Not only did Doug not object but he offered to hold his price when I was ready to finish the entire project. Installation team was quick, professional, and neat. If the windows hold up this winter I'll definitely complete my project with Thermal Products -CC Brookline, MA
