Very satisfied. Yellow Rose contacted me right away and set up as time that was convenient. The handy man was running late that day but called to say so. He was professional and took time to answer all my questions about the job.

Yellow Rose sent out Rick. He called me, followed up with an appointment, was on time and did a really thorough job. Price wasn't bad for the work they did and I would certainly hire them again.

Good quick response. Good work. Seems they are a job shop with Independent Contractors doing the work they contract. Essentially a yellow pages company that sorts jobs out. But the work was done well. Written stimate came in $50 above verbal quote - which was disturbing. I offered to meet them in the middle but they would not. Thought this was a bit of bait & switch - but by then I needed the work done quickly; which they did and did well. The technician Rick was awesome!

Rick the service call and repairman was very helpfull, he explained all that had to be done. I suppose that I will have to wait until we have a big rain storm to find out if the roof is fixed.
