Randy was great, affordable and fast.The only prob we had was upon Randy completing the job, and leaving,we noticed we had no water pressure.Randy repaired a crack that was directly under and around the main water valve to the house.I assumed he just shut off the water and forgot to turn it back on. The valve stem was completely broken, causing the valve to close and leave me without water. I assume from the electric hammer he used, it either hit, or caused the damage. I had to argue with the city to shut off my water since it was after hours, and hire a plumber,Randy graciously offered to pay half the cost of repair.I WOULD hire him again.

Randy called me just a few minutes after I submitted my project request online. We set up an appointment for that same afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Not only did he find the crack in my foundation, but he also discovered another major issue that was contributing to the problem. His quote was so reasonable that I hired him on the spot and he completed the project within 48 hours. I am so thrilled to add Randy to my rolodex of service providers!

Randy was very reasonable in price and gave me the correct advice. He started and finished the work on time and cleaned up after he left. He was very honest and also patched another crack I had for free. I would recommend him to anyone.

Randy was very prompt, very knowledgeable, very honest and his prices were exceptionally reasonable. We were very pleased with the reseal he performed and we have had no problems with any leaks since the reseal. AWESOME JOB!!

The best experience I could hope for. Randy came early in the day, diagnosed the problem and said he would return late afternoon to do the repair. He called, he came and he repaired the water leakage problem at a very reasonable price. He also cleaned up the entire site and took the garbage out. Who could ask for more? Bob W.
