Lucky I called The Water Pros when I did. My water heater was leaking and could have caused a lot of damage. They replaced it with a new one at a reasonable price. Special thanks to David and Eduardo for being so courtious and responsible.

Explained pros and cons of a tankless water heater and in the end recommended I just replace the 15-year-old water heater I have and install a Grundfos pump so there's almost instant hot water at the showers.

Our old gas water heater needed to be replaced, and after some quotes we chose WaterPro's. They had the product that I wanted and a price that was very fair. The staff was professional and courteous. I had quite a number of questions and David was always reachable with a call or email away with the answers.

My rating of The Water Pro's is at least a six out of five. David of The Water Pro's is a true professional. Rather than schedule us in for the next morning, David took time out of his evening to come over to assist my family and I with our water line problems. He was polite and courteous with superior service and a fair price. Even after completing the job for which we hired him, David took additional time [late at night] to consult with us on some other system concerns we were having. I highly recommend David and The Water Pros to anyone in NW Houston who may have plumbing or filtration issues. Hire The Water Pros for your next job.

David Lee is very knowledgeable, professional, clean cut, and honest. He clearly cares about his customers as well as building a solid reputation for his company. He gave us a very fair estimate and the price we agreed on was the final price, with no "surprises". He did a great job installing a new tankless water heater for us. We were impressed enough that we had him install a new water softener system as well. He took the time to do a very thorough job, without taking shortcuts or "duct-tape engineering". I feel great knowing the job was so well done and we have no worries about possible water leakage damage. We highly recommend him!

Very professional, showed uo on time, and finished the job under two hours including clean up. Dave also followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied.I was extremly pleased with my experience.
