They called us quickly, helped us decide what to replace our old tank with they did not pressure us into a tankless system. We ended up deciding that the tank system was best for our needs and they helped us decide on the cheaper option after hearing our concerns and needs.

Service was quick and efficient. The price was the lowest that I found for a power vent type. The gentleman who came, (Andy Knopf I think), was polite and pleasant and efficient. I was impressed with every aspect of the service.

Excellent! Very good customer service; friendly, knowledgable, A+. My technician, Andy, was terrific. He clearly knew his job very well and was very friendly - explaining each step to me and telling me how to maintain the water heater. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
