Tech was running a bit behind but called well before scheduled time. Tech was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and reasonable. Problem is fixed. I have no complaints.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
Cheap and arrived fairly promptly (estimate was on time, install was a little late but called ahead of time). Only gripe is that I had a problem with my pressure reducing valve and they didn't offer to fix (for an additional charge, of course). Seemed like they could have been a little more "full service". However, I don't know if the installer was heading to the next job, etc. Instead, I had to get a plumber to replace my PRV.
