I was way impressed with the way they worked in my clean house emergency. All the folks I spoke to and the ladies they sent in were very friendly and good at way they day. I really like the job they did and would tell my friends and family to use this service. I will also rehire them .

I was late getting home for the estimate (traffic) but they waited. The crew they sent outre were on time, professional, & very good cleaners. My wife if very picky and she was impressed and thought we got a good value. Highly recommend them.

The staff was prompt, polite, and did a thorough job. Given my initial conversation with the person I scheduled service with, I am surprised I did not get a phone call back to ask if I wanted to a follow up visit.

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
I asked for a whole house cleaning, specifing base boards, window and door frames, blinds. The baseboards were not done, the window and door frames were not done. I was told they would cycle through about 20 rags. A feather duster was used and I saw no rags other than what was used in the bathroom and they certainly were not cycled through like I was told. I would not recommend nor use them again. Either they were not told what to do on the job or they just didn't do it. I was very specific when I made the appointment that I wanted a very thorough cleaning, and my husband even commented when he came home that the sinks looked dirty.

This client did not request that we hand wipe baseboards. When she called, we sent a crew out the next day, and did this at no charge. We thought she was happy and were surprised to see this review.

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
I had a one-time cleaning, and they charged $165 for a 2500 sq foot house (excluding garage). Justification for a slightly higher price being that the first time clean is more b.c the house is always dirtier. Know they have to assume that, but that is quite a bit for no dirtier than my house was (2 adults, no kids, no pets, no smokers, and we habitually remove our shoes at the door). Price a little steep for us, but we would recommend considering the quality and service.

Two ladies covered all the surfaces of my apartment and made the bed. Both were polite and very capable. They seemed pleased that they had a job to do and did it well. Am looking forward to a long, lasting relationship with these ladies.
