The price was right. They did the job quickly without noticeable side effects. We will have to see if the termites do disappear. Note that the Termite Police will come back and inspect the job after a few months. I'm happy so far.

Very complete explaining of treatments and alternatives.Only estimator who bothered to go to the basement and look around. Work done quickly and neatly.

I was super happy with the guy who came over. Ok, really happy because, contrary to what I expected, he found NO TERMITES. He was even patient enough to wait while I phoned my roommate's cell phone (roommate was out of town) to try and find out where my roommate had seen the termites (no luck; went to voicemail). The Termite Police guy looked ALL OVER, found no termites; told me that what I thought was termites was water damage & how to fix. also looked in the back yard & told me it wasn't worth spraying for termites there; & told me how to replace the 1 termite-ridden board w/ pressure-treated redwd. GREAT!
