They were so very kind and called me after 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday night. Were there first thing Monday morning and quickly installed the new heater. Even though dditional parts were needed the quoted fee was all that I paid. Thanks!!!

Have not replaced hot water tanks yet, but Kent came out and worked through a very rainy Saturday afternoon to replace a broken valve and connection where my water line ties into the City's. I greatly appreciated the extra effort!

Project: Repair or Install Gas Piping
Kent was absoluately great. ?????????????The gas company wouldn't turn on the gas service. They said I had a gas leak. Kent was at my house within 30 minutes after the call. He found the leaks. 5 in total. Fix them. I was able the get the gas company to come out later-9:30pm. ?They turned on my service. After this prompt service Kent didn't even charge me a arm and a leg
