Come the appt. day, I was running a little behind schedule, and was about 10 minutes late getting home. Hank courteously waited for me though. I showed him the windows that needed repairing, he assesed both windows, and got right to it. One of my window had to be accessed from the inside of the home and was sealed shut. It also had security bars attached to it. Hank had all the tools to unseal it, and remvove the bars. I even realized I'd missed one window and added that one to the job.
