Ben and Quentin were excellent - gave me a quote and stuck to it; showed me a picture of what the tv would look like; on time (confirmed their appt. an hour before arriving); professional, knowledgable and very easy to work with. They went beyond the call of duty to get things right - and even did an extra project that needed to be done. They installed our tv over a fireplace with care and cleaned up so there was no mess. We are very happy with their work.

I contacted 3 vendors to install 2 televisions on the walls. The Richey Group was the best price. They also told me what was included in the price, whereas the others didn't tell me I would have to hire an electrician-another $200 or so per tv. When Ben came to install the tvs, he was professional. I also had a small kitchen tv that he said he would install on the wall for a small, additional price. Ben also explained what he would be doing, and gave me advice on the right wall mounts. I would definitely recommend The Richey Group to anyone who needs to have their tv installed on the wall.

Ben did a great job. I changed the scope the morning of the job and included an additional TV. Did an excellent, professional job and TV's look great. Had a lot of good suggestions, did not rip me off for last minute changes/additions and I highly recommend.
