November 2011: The nails were only one inch, the insulation demanded 2" nails, and the cable was covered and the worker was asked to take it off and put a hole in it for access to the cable. December 2011, after a 120 mph straight wind, the siding on the west side of the house blew off. It had those 1 inch nails, and not 2". It was replaced with 2" inch nails, and had stayed. January 2012: The siding on the east side of the house started to blow off. We called, the owner of the company and the worker came out to fix it. We were assured it would stay. March 10, 2012: Half of the east side is laying on the ground.

We had a series of bad storms with winds in access of 120 mph. I was initially encouraged that the damage was not catastrophic as it had been to some of the surrounding structures. Mrs U informed us of the problem and we promptly repaired the siding at no charge what so ever. I informed Mrs U I was a bit worried that the wind may have loosened other parts of the siding but could not physically see any damage. Several weeks later a small portion of the siding blew off and again we promptly repaired the structure again without any charge. They've been wonderful, working in the heat and everything. Workers are wonderful, really nice and work hard. They ask me to make sure it's what I want during the process. Everything has been great, I am very pleased. Can't wait to have my first Thanksgiving in my new room!
