I was pleased with the service that they have provided. They cleaned my sofa and love seat plus carpets for two bedrooms. They did a good job of cleaning all the spots pretty well. The complaint I have is that the price given to me over the phone and what the person that showed up was asking for were completely different. He had to call the office and confirm that I was offered the discounted price. I thought that was a bit unprofessional.

They didn't show up for the scheduled time to do an estimate. They did call, however, to apologize and offered me a discounted rate if i decided to have them do the work. I agreed. They did a satisfactory job. The technician was courteous and efficient. The carpet is very clean but it did not dry in the 4 hours they said that it would take to totally dry up. After almost 24 hours there were still areas that were quite damp. If I ever mentioned them to others I would definitely tell them that although they got my carpets very clean it took a long time to dry.
