The Pool Guys were fantastic....we just bought a new house that has a pool but had not idea how to work the equipment. At no cost, they came over and showed us how to work everything and gave us tips to keep the pool clean. We ended up hiring them to do our weekly maintenance and couldn't be happier, they are thorough and knowledgable......and always there to answer our questions.

You had checked with them and said 125-150 dollars but they sent us a bill for 175. Later they agreed t0 150 after a lot of debate and raising my bp on phone. They misinstalled the cleaner and I had to take it in to them to be fixed. They should have not charged us for installing the cleaner and just charged us for installing the motor. But i do not want any more headaches.

I'm about 1 week away from calling an attorney and the better business bureau. It has been four months and Mike has not repaired the damaged coping that he removed to install the pool skimmer back in January.

The gentelman was very professional and did a great job. Previous pool leaners have normally left some mess when they cleaned the filter, but this person left everything neat and clean.

The Pool Guide referred Mike from A To Z Pool & Spa Repair for the pool service. According to Mike's suggestion, the swimming pool was too old and the repair expense would be too high. We ended up demolishing the pool with $5,000. Mike did a good job in communication and services. So I also authorized him to build planting bed in the backyard after the swimming pool was removed, with the automatic springler system installed. The charge was another $4000 labor plus around $1200 marterial fee. I think the overall cost to remove a swimming pool and partially lay the infrastructure for my backyard is reasonable. The job was nicely done.

Mike came out, gave me good advice, and a good estimate. The guys came out a few days later to replace my pool pump and filter. They did a great job, took about 3 hours to complete the work. The bill was exactly what the estimate was. Great job!

They failed to make out a work order for the service person, but after a couple more calls we did get the service done. Mark who did the repair was efficient, friendly and very knowledgable. I would give him 5 stars.
