Very prompt, quickly diagnosed and repaired. Fantastic customer service from both the repairman and the initial point of contact who scheduled the appointment, which I find to be a rare thing in these parts. Something I liked very much was that the initial POC heard the symptoms and did a "telephone diagnosis" that most service people don't do for whatever reason. She was so friendly and helpful and it was the reason I quickly scheduled the appointment and am so happy I did. Thank you TPD!

Very timely, professional, amd pleasant. I called with an unexpected leak, and the response was quick. The technician was knowledgeaable, professional, and polite. He also provided extra information to consider should problems like this arise again, until I can get a professional to repair the job. Excellent!

Quincy was very good at his job. He was extremely knowledgable and explained things well to my wife. We also had a drain pain installed under the water heater. That evening we noticed there we a couple of ounces of water in the pan. My wife called him and he explained that it was just water that had escaped from the old connections he had replaced and not to worry. He was exactly right and have had no issues.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
Needed new water heater. I had two companies come for estimates. TPD gave better price, better new water heater and since I needed new plumbing in old house, addressed this issue without a blink. The other company wanted to redo outside plumbing and added $$$ to getting water heater installed. TPD explained everything, fixed everything and left everything neat and clean. Very polite and quick to start and finish. I would call again for any plumbing need!
