Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
They came and responded quickly and then told me it's not my heater that was faulty but no electricity was coming in. Then I called the electrician and with his meter showed current,but he recommended to change the thermostat and it worked. The plumber was paid $125.00 with no result. He offered to give back half but to no avail I received 0.

They showed up on a weekend very promptly. They not only solved our issue, but talked to us about how to prevent the problem in the future and went a step further by pouring a chemical that cleared all the lines in the house. Excellent service.

Refused to provide receipt upon final payment; swore at customer when customer insisted on having a receipt upon making final payment; yelled #@$& ! at customer. insulted customer for asking for a receipt.

Seemed a bit expensive, but, considering how quickly they responded + it was a Sunday eve, they took care of the problem quickly & efficiently & were technically good & polite.
