Very good experience. William was delayed, but called to let me know he would be later than planned. He removed our old, leaking hot water heater and reinforced the pedestal before he installed the new water heater. He also upgraded our earthquake straps which look a lot more secure than the ones that were there. Very competitive pricing. I contacted the company mid morning and received same day service. The water is already hot. William was very professional.

He had the lowest bid, but that is not why we hired him. We had two choices of the four, the highest and the lowest. We selected him because he was the only one who offered a sleeve to cover the copper pipe to protect it from the changing acids in the ground. He was very professional. Offered us the biggest discount if we dug the ditches for him AND he had all the work done in two days. He worked long hours -- we will be using him as the preferred choice for our tenants to call should they need a plumper.
